About Aimee Bryant
I have always been interested in real estate and my journey began as an investor; I currently own several investment properties across the country. In addition to providing individuals and families with a place to make a home, real estate is also the best long-term investment and retirement vehicle.
My 19 years of business experience as a technology and creative manager for software and design companies (both corporate and entrepreneurial) prepared me for a smooth transition to my real estate consulting career.
I began my career with Coldwell Banker. I am now with Keller Williams (the fastest growing real estate company in North America) and have my own real estate consulting company. I have consistently been in the top 20% of agent production, held the highest number of residential listings per year, received Medallion Awards, as well as the International Diamond Society Award.
Additionally, I have mentored other agents and served on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) in my office. The ALC is comprised of the top 20% of agents, acting as the Board of Directors for the company.
I have helped many home sellers and buyers over the years, leveraging my experience in sales of all types of properties and in all price ranges – single family homes, condos/townhomes, new construction, and investment properties (multi-units). In the current real estate market, short sales and bank owned (REO) properties are dominant - I have experience navigating both. I am a Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP) and my clients count on me to help them through a tough financial and emotional period of their lives.
I am proud to say that the majority of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
